Hydraulics: (Basic engineering)
Single large Stainless steel steam boiler, fixed mains water supply through filtered /pressured mains water
Group boilers are satuarated and pressurised through the heat exchange unit internally positioning in the steam boiler. Pressurised to 9 bar of pressure when under extraction and when the tank calls for water.

Group extraction water supply is through the sturated boiler via restrictors and solenoid valves.

Electrical / Electronic:
Electrical mains supply is controlled through the main control board.
All solenoid valves are mains supply voltage activated through the main control board.
PID electronic controls the temperatures through sensor probes in the group boiler. Acurate and reliable within .25 degrees.
The Steam element is switched on and off through a contactor activated by a pressur switch attached to the steam boiler.
The group boiler element is switched through triacs controlled by the PID controller.

Electronic programming is through low voltage touch pads to the main control board, this includes volometric individual drink settings so that all individual buttons can be programmed individually. Including the tea/hot water button.
Volemetric settings obtained through flow meter sensors in conjunction with the control board.
Pre infusion is set through a combination of button selections on the touch pad.

NOTE:
The machines are very reliable and can handle heavy work loads, relativly easy to repair.
Spare parts readily availble
Negative:
Maintenance is higher than standard single boiler machines, Parts are more expensive.
Positive: Consistant temperature through the PID gives a reliable output of quality each time, wether busy or not.
