Remarks
Hydraulics: (Basic engineering)
Single large copper compound boiler, fixed mains water supply through filtered /pressured mains water Pressurised to 9 bar of pressure when under extraction and when the tank calls for water.
No electronic controls for boiler or group temperatures, this function is carried out soley by a mechanical pressure switch activated by steam pressure from the steam boiler.
Group extraction water supply is through a heat exchange unit inside the steam boiler, this is supplied by mains water through flow meters and standard hydraulic pressurised supply (9bar)
Electrical / Electronic: (robust and basic)
Electrical mains supply is isollated through the mains switch and not electronic.
All solenoid valves are mains supply voltage activated through the main control board.
Electronic programming is through low voltage touch pads to the main control board, this includes volometric individual drink settings so that all individual buttons can be programmed individually. Including the tea/hot water button.
Volemetric settings obtained through flow meter sensors in conjunction with the control board.
NOTE:
There are no electronic processor controls to set water temperatures, these are all carried out through heat transfer from the heat exchange unit, restrictors and pressurised hydraulics control the flow.
The machines are very reliable and can handle heavy work loads, relativly easy to repair.
Spare parts readily availble with after market solutions for main consumable preventative maintenance parts.
